Hey guys, i was wondering if you could give me your ideas on what pc to have?
The main role of the PC will actually be gaming.
The budget would be around 1350, with no windows, but 1400 with the gold warranty :), fire away and show me a good build!
Also what would be better, 2gb geforce gtx560 sli or a single 3gb gtx 580?

would you say its worth going for AMD based or intel? also would that 3gb gtx 580 be better than two 2gb gtx 560's?

Always take the best single GPU you can afford over two less powerful cards in SLI/Crossfire. It saves complications and leaves more time before improvements need making.
I would definitely take a 3Gb 580 over 2 560s.

I would also go, at the moment, for intel over AMD purely for their 2nd gen Sandybridge CPUs. (2500 or 2600)

The spec that Teaz has already posted up is pretty much spot on I would say, maybe up the size of the SSD a bit and pick the OCZ SSD from Wozza's spec, I'd also put the PSU up slightly so in the future you can add extra components if required without worrying about having enough power.

He doesnt need a 6 core pc to game? A single 580 will be better than 2 560s. no point having 2 lower cards to reach for a top power house card. less power consumtion and better stability.

Just a personal preference here... the case is ugly :D but your call.

lol the t9 or enforcer?

Teaz

both lol xD the enforcer more so than the t9.

I can see where you're coming from with the looks but i have to disagree with the insides system! the enforcer is amazing for its flexiblness inside.

as for the t9...no comments there lol. it still does a good cooling job.

True, the inside is a lot more important than the outside. But if you're going to be spending 1k+ on a rig, you can't really skimp on a nice case hahaha
