Desktop For Photo Editing

As the title suggests, I need a Desktop that can handle Photo editing and general use. Possibly a bit of video editing.

I have an old GTX 670 that could be used instead of a new graphics card, It should be fine for this I assume?

The Budget it fairly low at around £500 but they'd like that to be all in with peripherals monitor etc but I am not sure that'll be enough as a decent monitor is going to be £200 plus for video editing. So if you go fairly cheap but something that will last a good few years.

£500 is barely enough to buy a cheap PC, nevermind the monitor and so on.

e.g. R3 APU, 8gb RAM, 1TB HDD, 550W PSU (for your 670) is already £450.

Cheapest case, cheaper mobo that only support 2666MHz RAM (which PCS don't even sell with the cheaper systems, and photoshop for example can benefit a good bit from faster RAM), cheap storage, cheapest RAM (ignore 4gb because that's just too little), basic cooler, decent CPU. No SSD, which is a shame for photo editing, but it can be added later.

I didn't recommend the H310M-A as I believe the M.2 slot it has is only x2.
