DHL dropped my PC off at HAYES DELIVERY CENTRE, could I just drive there and give the receptionist the tracking number and get my PC?

This should be ok, please make sure that you take photo ID and your tracking number, also proof of address would be good too. If you do have any problems, please get them to give us a call and we can verify for you.

Order has been re-routed to another courier in Belfast, and it's almost 48 hours since it had been dispatched.
should i call the PCS or wait til monday??

Please be patient with DHL - they are extremely pushed at the moment and there's not a lot we can do to move things any faster.

I think i misstyped this one. . .what i'm trying to say is to inform the because it has been 48 hours since its been dispatched and the manual or instrunction in delivery is to inform that it hasn't arrived yet but since it's saturday i think its normal . . .
