Depends what for. For gaming I'd say it's good except you could have saved a couple hundred on a 3570k or 3770k that performs better and 16GB RAM. For video/photo editing the Titan is unnecessary, so I'm not sure what your intention is.

You've spent a lot of money on the CPU, RAM and GPU and only got a 500GB HDD and not even silver warranty?

You can edit the order right up until it is enters the building phase.
You can add silver warranty well beyond that.

Recommendations for additions would be a triple copper heat pipe for the CPU cooler. A much better primary HDD, as money does not seem to be a problem a 250GB ssd with a 1TB+ second drive.
As you only have a single monitor with max res of 1080p the nvidia titan is totally pointless and a gtx670 would perform just as well.
Not to mention you have 4 times more RAM than you need and you could drop the motherboard down a level or three. Add all that to the CPU recommendation above and there is a lot of saving potential.

All of the above can be done at any time before building starts.

+1 the motherboard and memory ram are overkill and it wouldn't bring any benefit gaming wise. I would consider upgrading the warranty and spending more on your peripherals and hdd since it seems your budget is quite high.

I have to agree with the above. We can suggest full specs if you would like some help and potentially save you hundreds. Seriously consider amending or starting from scratch. Sorry to be the bearer of more gloom.

The core speed on the processor would be ideal if using it for gaming, I would drop the RAM a little to 16GB, no real need for 32GB and not many programmes will use this amount of RAM, tweak the primary drive to a 240GB SSD and the GPU down to the 680 or 670. Save some money but may be put this amount into one of the better quality screens, the Samsung or ASUS models.
