Direct debit payments?

So I got my computer via pcspec in January and i don't always check my bank transactions but im looking through and cant seem to find any payments sent to pcspecialist for my pc, which should be around £22 a month.

Can anyone help me?
I've had no calls or emails to say about any late payments or anything.

The payments would not go to PCS, they would go to the finance company which I believe is Hitachi Finance (or something like that), have you checked for payments to them?

Your payments wont be to PC Specialist, they will be to Hitachi who will have arranged the finance option with yourself separately. You should have a date which you start paying for the PC from them already. If you are concerned I'd get in touch with them (you will have mails and or letters from them with their contact information) they should be able to give you an idea when you should start paying (if you have not already).

If paying through finance I don't think it has anything to do with PCS as it would be through the finance company ( Hitachi),you can contact them by calling 0844 375 5513.
