Disabled Gaming Device?

Hi Guys sorry if this is the wrong area of the forum to post this however i bought a gaming pc of pc specialist which i must say is fantastic the question i would like help with is i suffer from a form of muscular dystrophy which causes my hand muscles to have weakness and also lose some control as far as dexterity goes i was wondering could you please recommend me a good gaming mouse with nice sized buttons for right/left click etc and also one which won't be too sensitive allowing me to slow down the movements to suit i hope you can help as i love gaming however would love to try and buy the mouse for my needs thanks for your time and help...

Hi, I will confess its not something I have given much thought to until this point. However my countless hours of (some would say wasted) time spent looking up the latest and greatest tech might be able to point you towards something.

Its called "Stinkyboard" but don't let that put you off. It allows you to perform actions with your feet, so I presume you could replace right and left click with right and left stomp if that could help you in a game. Not sure what type of games you play but it would definitely help if you struggle with fine hand movements.

As far as specifically a mouse how about the MAD CATZ RAT seriese, they come with the ability to adjust weight and length to get the right feel for the individual user. Not sure about the right/left click sizes though. left looks a little small compared to the right click. MAD CATZ Cyborg R.A.T. 5 looks not bad to me.
