Dissapointing service

so i ordered a laptop about 2-3 weeks ago, after initially staying in pre production for 8 days i msg'd the guys at PCS about it an got a reply that it had gone into building today, so i was like fair enough least the told me what i wanted to know, 2 days later it goes into testing where it stayed for 4 days, i msg'd again just to see what was going on, an was told that there was a fault with a part and that they would replace it and do the testing again which reassured me that these guys were doing proper tests an all, but the following day i got msg saying that they are really busy and that's why the laptop is still in testing, which is funny since the other guy told me something completely different, anyway at 7am today i get a email saying that the testing is done and its awaiting dispatch and that it would be sent today and you would receive it tomorrow, so i thought i'd jump on live chat just to make sure because i would need someone to be home to receive it since i'll be at work, anyway i've been told that it would be dispatched tomorrow and that i would receive it on Thursday, now i have no problem if thats what i was told from the beginning but i wasn't every time i spoke to them it was always something different, the first time i actually spoke to them i was told i would receive it by friday/monday but its Tuesday and its not even been sent, i don't really know why it would sit in dispatch for 2 days sorry for the rant, but i am disappointed, this was my first order from PCS i went on a recommendation from a friend, i can't speak for the laptop itself but something tells me it won't be all i was expecting it to be.
