Do I get an unactivated Windows 10 if I select no OS?

If I select no OS when configuring a laptop would I get a laptop with an unactivated windows 10?

Or would I have to install the OS + drivers myself?

trial version of windows, I think active for 30 days

You would have to install your own copy anyway as theres would be an oem copy which wouldn't validate with a retail key.
