Though what are you going to be using the PC for?
You have an awful lot of RAM there (more than the vast majority of people would use) and a powerful CPU, are you planning on doing stuff like rendering or very intensive CPU and RAM usage stuff? And given the low-ish graphics card I presume you're not going to be gaming?
