Does the Silver Warranty go with the pc if I sell it?

I have a 5month old pcs box. I love it.

If I sell it (to buy an even better pc from pcs as it happens), would the new owner get the benefit of the warranty. I'm hoping so... but couldnt find the relevant clause after a quick skim.

Unfortunately the warranty is not transferrable. This applies to upgraded warranties as well as manufacturer's hardware warranties.

This is partly because all the support is linked to your individual account, which includes private information, which is not transferable. I think you will find that this is standard practise accross the industry.

Ericnel, why not simply upgrade your existing PC rather than buying an entire new one? It seems a waste in my opinion.

Gishank - I may yet - but I kind of dipped my toe 5 months back with an £800 gaming rig after several years away on the Xbox. But I'm now convinved PC gaming is where I'm at - hence I would spend £1200 ish on a really high end box. Which is a lot of upgrades vs if I can just sell my existing rig for £600 ish and start over
