drivers?

sorry for the total noobness, but my pc arrived today, and i remember reading something about having to download drivers or something, is this necessary and if so , where do i download them from, any help much appreciated cheers

If you ordered with an OS all you need to do is any windows updates but do not let windows install your GPU drivers get the latest ones from the nvidia or AMD websites.

well it depends on your products

for nvidia you need to find your model here.

for ATI/AMD you need to find your model here.

for your ASUS motherboard, you will need to find the model here.

Rarely do any other parts require drivers, although the wireless card one will be available by logging in to PCS

Are you saying these aren't up-dated prior to final testing before dispatch?

It's not necessary to update drivers unless your having some kind of problem,
the drivers provided by PCS will be pretty recent.
If you want to check for updates go to the links provided by Wozza,
this is something you should do now & again anyway.
