Dual Monitors with Vortex Elite?

Hi Guys,

I'm after some help and wondered if there is any chance I can hook up my vortex elite to 2 external monitors?
I have a HDMI port and also a Displayport.
Is anyone familiar with this? Or is this possible? Has anyone managed to do this?

Some feedback would be greatly appreciated.
