Dumb question about returns label

Hello.

I have a bit of a daft question regarding the returns process. I think I have a faulty component in my PC and spoke to PCSpecialist who recommended I RMA the PC for them to have a look.

I no longer have the original packaging for my PC and they sent out a new box which I received today.

They sent me an email with a link to click and organise a date for collection once I've received the box, but it's asking if I have attached the returns label.

I checked my emails and don't seem to have received a returns label, only a PDF copy of my RMA. I've also checked my account but it's just a copy of the RMA form I submitted.

The box has on it PCSpecialist's return address and the label with my own address, but I'm not sure if this is enough.

Is the box itself okay or have I still to receive the returns label? I don't want to click Yes in case it's not suitable for collection.

Thanks.

You may have a returns label from the courier who is going to collect the PC - or are you shipping it back yourself (ie you're taking to a post office or a courier to have them ship it for you) essentially thats what its asking.

If PCS are arranging the return, you either should have a mail with an agreed collection date (or link to select one perhaps) OR they're waiting for you to tell them you've received the box to arrange this. I'd suggest giving them a call and ask them to arrange the collection for you.

If you're arranging the collection, then you need to do that, get the label from the courier and attach it to the box.

You should have a RMA number also which I'd make sure is clearly visible somewhere on the box you're sending.
