I read and re-read the specs over and over again hoping I would notice if there were something to change. Now the order is being processed :sweatdrop:
This must be what everyone who orders a custom PC feels :D a mixture of excitement, apprehension, frustration, more excitement hehehe :wacko: can't wait!!!

How do you guys keep busy while waiting? Im likely to start biting my nails to the bone!!

Haha, yes, you aren't the first to feel these ways lol! What did you finally get?

Ways for passing time, clear your desk, get everything ready? Anything really! Sometimes helping people here with their specs is a good passer!

The spec is the same I listed on my post asking for advice on gfx cards :) and yeah I went for the Radeon 6970, couldn't afford the 7 series. Either way Woohoo!!!

Good idea about clearing the desk and making some space but I think I should do that on the 12 day mark so I don't wait forever with a great big gap here.

Unfortunately pre-production is generally the longest most painful stage :(
So the challenge is try not to think about it, and try not to press refresh on your order page every 2 minutes :)

Lol I've been doing this! F5 > wait 30 minutes > F5 and repeat. It's been even worse since they told me it should be entering building within the next few days!! :tt1:

Rakk :) yeah Im trying to keep my mind otherwise occupied. There's a post with some free Daz 3D software and it made me quite happy!

lolliver heheh no refreshing, the only time I check it is when I get on PCSpecialist to visit the forums. Fingers crossded for you ;)

Yeah, I wish they'd give it an HD facelift and re-release it. Also, don't mind being called man, but Im of the female variety :turned:

But yeah, about 99% of the posters on these forums are guys, so pretty much everyone is assumed to be a bloke until it is stated otherwise :).

I ordered my machine the day before I went on holiday, I went on holiday for a week and when I got back it was waiting in my living room, was too tired that evening to set it up and had work the next morning, so I struggled through an 9 hour shift at work knowing my baby was awaiting me. But that week of holiday made the wait very easy
