Enigma II - HD 5650 Questions

Hi All,

I have just ordered an Enigma II Laptop from you guys and am impatienty waiting for it :D

The default graphics card on it is HD 5650 1 Gb

A couple of question though (maybe more)

1) Is this HD 5650 with a GDDR3 mem or a DDR3 mem.
2) Does it contain an HDMI port (I saw no option to add one to my config)
3) What is the clock on it (Hope it not Undervolted/underclocked as is done by Sony or some other models)

Welcome to our forums. :)

1. The memory is listed as: DDR3 64M x16 x 8 128bit
2. Yes, HDMI is included.
3. The clockspeed of the processor is exactly as stated on your order. It's not overclocked/underclocked in any way.

One more question ;)

If I need to upgrade my Graphics Card HD 5650 through PCS later sometime to a better newer more powerful compatible card... Would it be possible to do so?

Hello, we do sell components to existing customers for upgrades.

However on the Enigma II chassis quoted above you cannot upgrade the graphics card as it is a part of the chassis.

Thanks for that..

So is there any chance that I could add another Graphics card later to a free PCI Express slot (a 2nd card) and the HD 5650 could be a fallback (default) and switch between the 2 as needed.

Im just speculating on the above query , no worries if it doesnot pan out :)

As far as i know, its not possible in this chassis :(
