Enigma III BIOS is too fast

Anybody know what the key to get into the BIOS setup is? It flashes by so fast that I can't even see the required key.

Should be the delete key I think.

probably delete, try esc as well, just keeping tapping them as fast as you can

Got in eventually, escape and delete brought up boot options. F2 did the trick. Though my reason for going to the BIOS was for Intel Turbo Boost, and I couldn't see any options there. Anybody know what I'm missing?
