Enter key problems

Hi, my enter key seems to have stopped working. This happened once before and worked fine after reboot. I haven't tried to reboot it yet this time.
The little enter key in the corner works fine... but the main enter key is not working at all.
I have gone in to device manager and ran ''scan for hardware changes'' and nothing came up, I also scanned for driver updates and it said I have the best driver for the keyboard...
Is there any other way I can troubleshoot for problems with the keyboard? Or any where I can go to update the driver automatically (if there is even any point in that?). Or if anyone has had a similar problem do you have any other tips to fix it? I have a Vortex IE on windows 7.

*Further update* I've just pulled the key off and cleaned any dust. I pressed the white rubbery bit what they key presses on to and still nothing happened.

Seems like a hardware fault. Did you spill any liquid over the keyboard? You may be able to set up an RMA for a replacement keyboard. If it's not under warranty then you can still pay for a new one.

It sounds like a hardware fault on the keyboard. They're not usually that hard to change. Give PCS a call about getting a replacement.
