Error when playing Aliens:Isolation

I keep getting the error in the attached screenshot when trying to take transport to the Lyzen tower, I had wondered if it was because i had moved it to a different drive, so moved it back to C but still does it, any suggestions?

Which game platform is this on? It is likely connected with having moved the installation, may have messed up the permissions to the save folder, but we should be able to sort it.

Delving back into the messages from our good friend @Martinr36, it appears that he’s playing this title via Xbox Game Pass.

This is possibly where the game save files are for the XBox app:

• 1. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:/Users/’your user name’/AppData/Local/Packages. **AppData is a hidden folder, you need to show hidden folders in windows explorer**
• 2. Open the folder for the game save files you’d like to access. The folder used by the Xbox app will likely have the game’s title, followed by some sort of ID string.
• 3. From your selected folder, select ‘SystemAppData’ then ‘wgs’, which presumably stands for ‘Windows Game Saves’.

Firstly we need to see if there are any game saves in that location or if they were moved when you moved the game installation.

Right I've had a look there and yes that's where the game saves are, I've also googled this problem and it seems that it is a problem that has been around ages, with all sorts of workarounds suggested that include rolling back video drivers (that one was way back in 2015 if i remember correctly), right clicking short cut and running as administrator (I've tried this to no avail), replaying the mission concerned from a different area etc, I'm trying the latter at the moment, might re-watch the walk through of that mission and see how the guy who did the walk through avoided it.
