Extremely Slow Internet Speeds! Please help!!!

Hey! I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask but whatever,

I really need some advice! Ok soo my internet download speed has just become terrible! Its as been slow in the past but since yesterday it has dropped to 0.51Mbps! Please can u help? What can i do to speed it up? Oh yeh my ping is a healthy 58ms atm, so thats ok and my upload speed is around 69Mbps, which is what i usually get. Any advice?

If you are with Virgin Then they are still upgrading their lines supposedly till the end of the wk. The 6th was first given now they say the 8th.
