Hi,
Not had my pc long but one of the fans in the top of the case has stopped spinning - its a Corsair RGB fan that came with the case. Anyone had this issue and the cause? I'm sure its not dust as the pc is brand new.

Is the RGB lighting still on? Have you installed the software for the motherboard and looked at the fan profiles?

Can you post the entire spec of the PC from your account so that we can see what other factors there are involved?

Yes the RGB lighting is still one. ICue software is installed but believe the fan speed can not be controlled in the software.

The case fans are likely controlled via the motherboard software, if not in iCue. I think you would be looking for Fan XPert 4 (or something like that).

Could you shut down the PC, take off the side panel and see if the fan is free to turn? Just to make sure there's nothing jamming it or holding it in place. Leave the PSU plugged in but have it in the off position. This will keep the case and internals grounded in case you have any static on you.

Also, while the side panel is off, follow the cable for the offending fan and just make sure it's properly located to the motherboard. Even take it out (gently) and put it back in to make sure it's seated correctly.
