FYI @AToothbrush, when posting the way you did the Windows serial for your install is listed. If posting up that way again try to remove it just in case someone grabs it and attempts to active illegally with it
I’ll check it out tonight when I get home thanks for the tips.In addition to what @Scott has said, a brand new Windows installation has a considerable amount of configuring to do in the first few hours (days?) of use. The disk indexer will index all your drives for example (and you have some big capacity drives in there), and these config processes can use a big chunk of CPU and thus generate a fair bit of heat.
If there is nothing in the BIOS settings as @Scott suggests then see whether things calm down after a few days when the Windows config processes have completed.

I realised now looking inside properly icue would be controlling my 360mm rad and the 3 fans in the case, so that wouldn't even affect the rear fan.
