Far Cry 6 Promotional Item

Hey guys, a while back I placed an order for a pc which in the end would come with 3 games as promotional items; one being Cold War, the second AC Valhalla and the third Far Cry 6. The PC has arrived and I received codes for Cold War and Valhalla but nothing for Far Cry 6. I understand Far Cry 6 has not released yet and was or is having some issues about its release date so does that mean I should expect a code once the game releases or should I contact support directed because something went wrong? Thanks for the help.

Edit/Update: Just found this on Ubisoft's website about their AMD Promotion, looks like the codes were only valid until the end of January 2021, which sucks considering I ordered my PC on the 24th December 2020 and it only arrived in early Feb 2021, which by that time the code was already invalid.

They're usually timed exclusives set by the manufacturer, it's not something PCS have any control over.

Remember that long page with a list of numbered paragraphs that most people just click Agree to.

There’s a whole big section on Promotions and in particular:

4.3
In rare circumstances promotions may expire after the point of ordering and before the order is dispatched to you. We cannot be held responsible in these circumstances.

FC6 has also been delayed to later in the year too - was looking forward to that after I'd finished AC:V (which I can't finish as the last member of the Order of Ancients is bugged).

I got code for the same 3 games with my build and got 3 emails one for each game. On the FC6 one it said this at the bottom:

>>This code expires on Saturday 30 January 2021 and must be redeemed before this date, otherwise it might not work and you might not receive the game.

As others have mentioned, this date is controlled by the game provider NOT PCS, so if it's pass this date then I don't think you will get one, however, it might have been renewed. not sure - so it might be best to contact PCS and ask them as it's really false advertising otherwise. e.g. you paid extra for the part to get the game when a cheaper part would have done.

I was lucky I set up my PC on the Friday and JUST managed to register my copy.

It’s not false advertising at all, as above, it’s stated in the terms and conditions. It’s not an offer given by PCS, it’s given by the manufacturer of that component, you don’t pay any extra for it at all.
They’re always timed or quantity exclusives.

I got e-mailed the promotional code the night before the day it expired, I tried to redeem it in the morning but it wouldn't work. I e-mailed AMD support and they said tough luck it ended on the 30th
