Feedback: First purchase with PCS

Hello everyone, I have decided to add my experience with PCSpecialist in here.
My PC is not done yet, therefore I will update it, not on a daily basis though, that would be useless. But I will update whenever I have been in contact with the team.

I will present this review in the exact order I have proceeded before ordering.

I. The website

The website has been a pleasure to visit, I have no technical knowledge of computers. Until now I have always bought my computers off the shelves.
It was really easy to find where to build each type of computer, and the computer set up is a real pleasure with easy to use menus.
But still, I don't know what I'm doing and the price is rising fast.

This brings me to the second part.

II. The Forum

After scrolling through the forum, I decide to post my first quote, and I quickly get answers with precise questions to help me. (Do not expect a answer within the minute though, people have life too ahah)
All in all people have been really helpful and efficient, once someone answered my questions, there has not been much discussion afterwards.
A 'It has been answered already and I agree with it, no more to say' attitude that I like.

III. The Order

Smooth and easy. Not much to say, I really like the fact that I can see what is happening with my order on a daily basis!

IV. The Staff

I have contacted PCS with some questions regarding my order and how I could improve it.
I have received an answer within 24 hours, with helpful advices, as well as updates when I amended my order.
I am quite happy with the service I have received here.

V. Time from Order and Delivery feedback

Will be updated once I have received it.
It might be important to note that, as I ordered a Saturday delivery, I will not count the days between the day my order is ready and Saturday.
I will also give my feedback on DPD, as I have had the displeasure to use them at work recently, I tend to be anxious on that point.

EDIT: My pc is now ready for delivery, it has been 5 working days since my order, it is really good and I am quite impressed.
My pc will be dispatched on Friday for me to receive it on Saturday morning.

FINAL EDIT: The delivery arrived on Saturday morning, DPD and PCS sent me a text letting me know what time my PC was expected to arrive.
Concerning DPD, they have done a great job, the tracking system is great, and the person who delivered was courteous and took care of my box, a good thumbs up for them.

VI. The Computer Itself

Do not expect me to make a technical review ahah, I will only give my first impression concerning the building and functioning for the first week end.
I will probably update it after a month of using it.

EDIT: Concerning the computer, it was well protected in its own box, itself protected inside a bigger box.
A quick note concerning the big box, a piece of paper or something to let people know that there are cables and stuff hidden in it would have been great, I almost threw it with my wifi antenna and power cable still in it in a fake bottom ahah.
Other than that the computer is great!
The bitfenix mini ITX case is a beauty, i bit bigger than what I was expecting but I really don't mind.

Overall, I am really happy with my order, and I will surely order again with PCS.

I hope this review can be useful, I apologise for the grammar and questionable spelling.
Please do not hesitate to let me know what you would like me to review in more details, as this is far from a professional review :surrender:

Thanks for reading ;)

Review updated.

+ a technical question.
I have a g603 wireless mouse, and I have noticed atrocious lags, sometimes on the desktop, but most of the time during gaming.
Would anybody have an idea of what is happening? I doubt that it is caused by W10, I already had 10 on my previous pc and it worked just fine.

A bit of context might help you help me, I have it plugged on the usb port in the back of the PC, I have no front port.
Should I only plug them on 3.0 usb? Or is the 3.0 usb the problem and i should plug it on my USB2?
I also have ordered an usb extension cable to see if the wireless connection works better if the mouse usb connector is not facing the wall.

Thank you for your help, I can't wait to be able to play battlefront in correct conditions.

Wireless mice should really be able to see the receiver directly or almost directly to have a good connection having metal or thick layers of material between the two will ruin the connection, at least that's my experience. USB extension should do the trick to move it to a more appropriate place. Failing that double check you have the correct drivers installed from the manufacturer website.
