Hello again, every time I start up windows an error comes up which says "There is a file or folder on your computer called "C:\Program" which could cause certain applications to not function correctly. Renaming it to "C:\Program3" Would solve this problem. Would you like to rename it now? " Right so ive renamed it 3 times and it keeps on saying it. Any help?

First thing I would try is a system restore point to before the problem started.
Failing that it could be tricky to get rid of,
before doing anything else create a system restore point.
then try to locate the rogue folder/file by opening the root folder,
start/computer/local disk (C)
click on tools/folder options/view/select show hidden files folders and drives/apply.
If it appears in that folder try renaming or if the folder is empty delete it,
but make sure it is the correct folder/file & not one with programs for example.
Or you could search for it by clicking start/accessories/run.
If the problem persists on restart try to find the offending startup item,
using CCleaner, select tools/startup.disable items till you find the culprit,
