It runs as expected.. like a dream. When idle the CPU is at 37-40 degrees, and when playing games it hits 60 degrees at most. That was my main fear when ordering this system.. A badly assembled heat sink or cooler, can easily mess a system like this up, but everything is just perfect, and I'm enjoying smooth game play in the highest details in games like Team Fortress 2(250 at highest details), Crysis 2 /w DX11 textures(40-50 FPS at highest details) and I'm just about to enter Dungeon Siege 3, and i wouldn't expect any hassle with that either.
So yes. If you want a solid long term desktop replacement, this is definitely worth the money! the GTX 580M is amazing.
