can hitachi refuse the finance option after saying yes to it through the online application and even after sending out the agreement for me to sign and send back??
if they can why would they apart from fraud of course.

When I did the finance thingy they asked alot of questions about employment ect, I would assume if any of the questions they ask don't meet their criteria they would refuse credit, It's the only reason I can think of.

i dont want to seem big headed but my employment status should be completely fine, i slightly work with finance with a global insurance company so i dnt see any problem there. just got me worried now as they are asking for more info, dnt know what more though as the are closed now

Well, they asked me for my previous 3 months pay slips. However, I hadn't recieved the payslip for my first month at that point, so they asked for the previous 3 months bank statements. I thought they would refuse credit at this point, as I had reached my other draft twice during those three months with the only income being my student loan.
Even then, they still approved credit. Honestly, I think you will have nothing to worry about.

They are asking more questions?? so they haven't refused you yet? If this is the case then I wouldn't worry as they probably just found something in your credit history that they aren't 100% happy with and just want to be sure, If you have a good credit rating all should be fine

You'll be fine mate, I had to send in my last payslip to them, it's a standard post credit crunch check these days, they need some sort of proof your employed, if they ask you for it get their fax number and fax a copy through, speed it up a bit

thanks alot guys for the replies, calmed me down a bit, only just singed up to the forum tonight and already i feel at home. yes i have been accepted for the finance but this further info bit just got me worried, gonna call them first thing 2moz, see what they need. cheers again dudes
