I need to know your budget and what monitor would be paired for this and i need the reconfigurable link to amend it from what i can see it looks slighty unbalanced

Doubt there is a need for a dedicated Sound Card, the on board sound is very good these days. Also an AMD build would be better as they are way ahead of Intel now. Plus, as above, what is your budget and the intended uses.
