Looking to spend £400-£500 on a gaming pc but have no idea where to start,
its a little confusing for me so a little help would be awesome please.

Oh and i won't be needing a OS, Virus protection or a big hardrive as
i have a 500GB portable one i can plug in which is plenty enough for me.

Big thank you in advance! :)

Phoenix, 2 more questions and then i'm done, xD.
I heard a few people say alot of Bad things about the Bulldozer,
would the AMD PHENOM II X4 be better?

Also, if i get a few more quid toegther i'd really like
the The PCS Maelstrom T900 Case, would that be compatible with this setup?

For pure gaming at this moment in time yes the Phenom II x4 960T will provide slightly higher frame rates but the reason I picked the FX-4100 for the build was because it's fits under your budget, it runs cooler and the FX series is being improved through patches and software released whereas the 960T isn't going to get anything like that, you could try and unlock the two dormant cores on it though. You can't go wrong with either of them though.

Edit: Just a thought: you could go with the FX-4100, remove the card reader, go with the standard warranty then get the PCS Maelstrom T900 Case for £509.00 which isn't too much over your budget.

That's sounds good! I'll go with that then as £509.00 is ok.
By the way, overheat? These computers overheat easily?

dont drop to standard warranty, make sure you get silver warranty, its only a fiver!!!

no if you have the maelstrom, your PC should keep nice and cool

Right so i'll still get the silver warranty as its really cheap,
i'll try and scrape a bit more cash together then.

Was worried about overheating as the machine will be used alot.

PS: Your pc looks awesome, love the yellow on black.
