I'm looking for a gaming PC, that would be able to play games like Cities: Skylines etc and maybe the few odd shooting games like COD etc. I don't really want to spend no more than £1,500 on the actual "Tower" it self, things like mouse, keyboards etc I use the ones that I've got around the house first, as this would be my first "mini" gaming PC. I prefer Intel if that helps. If you have any recommendations that would be helpful.

There's no point spending a shedload on a PC if you don't get a half-decent monitor to let you enjoy what the hardware can do. It doesn't have to be a £1000 1440p ultrawide thingy, or 4k 144hz. But something 1440p and 60/75hz would be appropriate, and the extra resolution would be very nice in strategy titles. I've enjoyed Civ 6 more at 1440p; the sharper image and getting more onto the screen is nice.
