First PC build: 3D modelling+scientific computing: Advice Needed

Hi, could someone look through this spec and tell me if this is a balanced build? I have an monitor already at home, which is a HP EliteDisplay E233 23-inch Monitor. I am hoping to buy an additional monitor later with better resolution and speed.

my budget is ~£2500.

just one question; regarding the network card. is it better/easier to have a wireless network card? Are there more benefits to having the lan port network card?

I just realised this is likely a silly questions as the motherboard includes WIFI... so just checking that I won't need to connect the LAN port to my router at home? as it is far away from where I work.

This is the benefit of having the motherboard with on-board WIFI, you can choose either cable or WIFI without having any additional cards in play.

Every base is covered with the TUF Wifi board.
