First PC Build For A Friend

Evening all,

I know I currently have a forum post for a laptop build for myself however this is as the title says.

He is totally new to the PC scene and is looking for something that will run the following with little to zero issues please.

This is going to be a whole setup with keyboard mouse and monitor also if possible.

The following games that will be ran will be

Football Manager.
Some flight Sims
City builder games

Budget is up to £2k
