I have seen a few complaints lately that 'this' and 'that' should be picked up at testing and quality control stage. Now whilst it is unfortunate that some things might have leaked through with errors and hopefully you have had it quickly remedied.

I would just like to say that testing and QC is not just lip service, they actually do happen as I have just had a message to say that my laptop is delayed as it failed testing and they have picked up a motherboard issue so had to rebuild completely and it is now going back into testing again. I know not everyone gets messages about failures, but I have been in close contact with the technician regarding the RMA on my old laptop and the new build now.

I've received nothing but excellent top notch customer service from day 1 of logging an RMA. A shout out here to Devin, the technician that has been helping me and to those that have taken my calls.

To balance this comment though and not be accused of being a fan boy, I will say its just a shame at the moment it takes a while to get through on the phone, but Im finding that with any company I am phoning at the moment due to this wretched virus.
