Hi all,

Just ordered my new rig and at the bottom is: "FREE NSF - GOLD GAME VOUCHER with AMD R9 280 & 290 GPUs"

What's the process for this? Do I have to contact PCS or is there a list of games that this voucher can be used against?

It is explained in the T&C, you should receive a code/voucher from PCS.

You should be able to go into your customer portal at pcspecialist.co.uk and see theirs a button called print invoice. click that and you should be able to print out an invoice or save it as a PDF and provide it to support. If you are contacting PCS about the matter be sure to include the email address the machine was assigned to as this will speed up the discovery of your rig.

From experience these types of promotions do require proof of purchase if the code is an electronic voucher so it can be issued with AMD to give them stats on how many units they have sold. On some of the older builds BF3 was supplied with the computer being built.

Had no major reports of issues, normally just need to create an account then enter the code :S
