What do you guys think?? The specs on paper say I can fit an optical drive but the configurator says there arent enoug PIC/e slots. I was going to case the prodigy/or the corsair 250D, but the coolmaster 130 is the easiest to fit into a carryon wheeled suitcase (and has the same mount of bays as the prodigy)

thoughts?? Im very closing to pressing buy

Turn in the raptor drive.... pointless. Just get a cav black. Any reason for the gigantic SSD if you're getting a regular hard drive anyway?

Unless you are thinking of the future, a 980 won't be much better really than a 970 at 1080p, so you could
save money there.

As above, just get a decent big ssd, hd's are over with. If you want the very fastest, get an m2 ssd, faster than
anything, assuming the mb supports m2.

8 gb ram would be fine for gaming. Does that mb support xmp? If not, you are wasting money on faster ram, you
are anyway really, there isn't much in it unless you really must have the fastest.

It's similar to my own set up, but mine was 900 quid less due to shaving extras off. You don't need the fancy cpu
cooler unless you plan to oc the cpu, which is a good overclockable cpu I have it myself, and it is slightly oc'd, but
with a standard cooler, it's fine.

There is a single 5 inch bay for a dvd / blue ray player so you could have your writer if you like. It's a good case
that, decent cooling.

£2 for cable "management"? ;-) I wouldn't bother with that.. they just cable tie everything together, without
much thought, I've since removed most of it.

You could shave a few hundred quid off here and there if you needed to.

I would go for an Obsidian 250D case, those have dust filters. I couldn't imagine any case that has no dust filters after using that one. Although expensive, I use these for cable management and they are excellent.

Check out this Obsidian 250D review (No problems with the on/off switch on mine).
