Game mods Gta 4

Downloaded a mod for Gta 4 to get real life cars, where do i place the folder? New to the modding scene

If you do a search on the forums someone had a thread running a while ago with where to get the mod and where/how to install, pretty sure it was DrunkenMonkey.

I have a 6670. Should I even bother adding any mods to GTA 4?

Sorry to bring this up again, but ill probably grab GTA: Vice City if i can.. is there any cool mods i should look out for
