Most use for latest games, record/ create videos of me playing, and video editing for youtube.
Should last for many years, and will add second GPU if needed later on. (Also why I chose 850W supply)

It is a solid spec, everything is covered as far as i can see.

It would be great if you could afford an i7 3770, it would help you with the editing and help the system last longer overall. It's not essential by any means but would be a nice addition, especially as you want it to last as long as possible and are willing to upgrade the GPU etc in the future.
