gaming monitor recommendations

Hi all,

I am currently having a gaming pc built by pc specialist and would like to have a nice new monitor to show it off with.

The pc is based on an i7 6700 with a GTX980ti bolted on. I play mainly first person shooters BF4 / Arma and GTA V.

Can anyone recommend a decent monitor no smaller than 27" ,
Budget will be between 300-500.
