you can't choose an i5 for a gaming pc for your budget. The gpu you have chosen is not really a gaming gpu.

What fps could this run ARMA and BattleField at and how many games can it store before I'll need to upgrade it?

You can check benchmarks online. I don't think anyone can answer when you would need to upgrade, it depends on your expectations, type of games you play and games requorements in the future
