Gaming PC spec

Hi all

I'm looking for some advice on a the below spec for a gaming PC. My budget is £1400.00 but this does not include monitors which I will be upgrading later in the year. I currently have two AOC 2436Swa monitors and I am looking at getting something like the MDI 27" Optix G27CQ4 in Autumn.

As for gaming requirements it would predominantly be used for World of Warcraft, Dead by Daylight, Destiny, that kind of thing.

Sorry if I've forgotten anything and thanks for taking the time to help. Any feedback and advice will be greatly appreciated :)

With the proviso that if you're not in a hurry, and are waiting until autumn to purchase your 1440p monitor anyway, then my advice would be to wait...as the new AMD CPUs and Nvidia GPUs are around the corner.

Whilst this may not help you directly, as they may be too expensive/unavailable, it may reduce the cost of the previous gen components, so that you can get more for your money.

If your aim is 1440p gaming then RTX2060 is probably a better option than the RTX3050 - as the RTX2060's equivalents are the AMD RX6600 or Nvidia RTX3060 (which are both more expensive); the CPU is also 2 generations old now too.

Here is an option too for a better case, much stronger GPU, faster drives and a better powersupply for a tenner more

The 212 Hyper is perfectly capable of cooling the 5600 it doesn't run hot at all
