Gaming/Photo/Video editing spec

Hi there,

I am looking to buy a new pc principally for gaming and photo editing and also for a little bit of video editing.

Any thoughts on the spec detailed below?

I have chosen the i7 2600k on the basis that i may want to overclock in the future but have no immediate plans to do so.
I am looking to make it reasonably future proof so have chosen a more powerful psu than is necessary at the moment in case i want to put another graphics card in in future.

It is so long since i bought my last pc that i am really out the loop on current tech and just wonder if some kind soul could look over this spec and make sure i haven't done anything stupid and/or make any recommendations for changes.

I have a budget of £1500 and can stretch to this spec but if the cost can come down any all the better:)

Thanks for any help.

You might want to add silver warranty for an extra £5. You could consider changing the RAM over to the samsung you should notice any major differences with the speed. Also you could look at getting the blueray drive with DVD writer built in that way you could cut back on one of the DVD drives. Other than that mate looks like a really good spec.

if you are going to overclock make sure you are going to uprade to a Good CPU Cooler like the Coolit eco(i think it's called lol)

- If this helped please +REP.
