Mostly good build, but I have one concern and 2 improvement suggestions:

Concern - Regards the CPU Cooler. Most tower air coolers usually perform much better than a 120mm AIO while also being cheaper, so either change to a DeepCool AK400 or, if you still prefer having an AIO water cooler, choose at least a 240mm one (with 2x 120mm fans) like the Corsair H100x. The radiator of a 240mm is double the size of the 120mm and also has double the number of fans, which improves a lot the cooling capacity and lowers noise. All that only being only $20 more expensive.

Suggestion 1 - One other choice would be to change your CPU to a 7800X3D, which is a lot better than the 7900 for pure gaming. However, you're also mentioning that you'd like to stream, so that would benefit from extra cores. I do not stream and don't know a lot about how heavy it would be for an 8-core CPU, but my guess is that the 7800X3D would be better still. It's simply the best gaming CPU available today.
Suggestion 2 - Any particular reason why you have chosen the top of the line X670E motherboard? Those very expensive motherboards never make sense to me, as the extra bells and whistles like RGB do not justify the jump in price. Unless you're an extreme overclocker, which the slightly better quality VRMs would maybe be a good reason, or maybe would like to run 2 GPUs at the same time (is there anyone still doing that in 2024?), or even there is a specific feature that you're willing to pay extra to have. But in general, I would stick with a B650 (for example the Asus TUF Gaming B650-Pus Wifi) which is already a good enough motherboard for most people. Either save the money or spend it in something else, like the CPU, extra RAM or Storage.

My suggestion would be to get a normal tower rather than a mini one, and then you'll get better value for money and more options and more performance. But it depends, @Battosai, if having a smaller PC is crucial to you...

For streaming, you are better off with the bulk of the work being done on the graphics card. I'd suggest you go with the 7800X3D, a super efficient CPU, and the 4070 Super, a very efficient graphics card with Nvidia's excellent encoder onboard. That would be a better pair than the 7900 and 7900 XT, I think, given the totality of your uses.

Not sure this is a problem with this case.. I went into Corsair's website and they say this case fits a 360mm AIO! There's even space for a 360mm and a 240mm together (in case you want to deshroud and water cooler the GPU as well). Of course, I did not check thoroughly to see if any of the 2 possible AIO positions would get in the way of the graphics card (seem that the back position will for sure), but it's worth investigating further, because that seems to be a big enough case imo. Fitting the cooler doesn't mean it has the airflow it needs to function well. I agree it's a decent ITX case, though it's not actually all that small!

Sorry to butt in. Will you be streaming from consoles aswell as a PC. Or just streaming PC games. If you only streaming PC games then you don't need a capture card unless you are doing a dual PC set up. I seen few people buying capture cards for single PC to stream PC games and really don't need it
