More detail on the needs:
For gaming: Run WoW, Skyrim, Total War games, L4D2, and GW2 at 60+ FPS, all with max settings with some tweaks if needed. FPS games such as BF3 I have to play in 30+FPS, so (if) I need to turn down some settings a lot then I’m fine with that as long as I don’t compromise with a huge loss on graphics.
I am not interested in doing SLI at the moment due to budget constraints but it would be something I’m looking into for the future (maybe within the next 2-3 months). Any recommended changes because I plan to do this?
I will be looking into overclocking in the future when a) I need it, and b) when I’ve researched it properly – would it be a better idea to get a better CPU cooler now or wait until I overclock? I will be using the CPU quite heavily with editing/frapsing (and while gaming) so would it be worth it to upgrade?
Is it a good idea to upgrade to 750W power supply? Under load I imagine I could be using a lot of power, however I haven’t experienced a home PC as powerful as this yet.

Of course, feel free to change around anything as long as it keeps in budget.

Thanks, Jack

You would need a 750w PSU for SLI.

The cooler you have chosen is good for overclocking. You could consider a pre-overclocked system from PCS to avoid any instability issues and it is also going to be covered by your warranty.

Thanks Ruben.

Choosing the Pro series 750W puts me a little over budget where as the Enthusiast series keeps me in - any noticeable difference for the build I've chose?

The enthusiast will be ok, the pro is modular. A modular PSU is not essential but it makes cable management easier.
