I've had this for a couple of weeks now and am pleased with my purchase. It is entry level but that is perfectly adequate for its usage.

The only extra is a 256 GB SSD to supplement the standard 64 GB eMMC. As the OS and applications live on the C: drive the first thing that I did was to change the location of Documents, Downloads, etc. to D:.

I was slightly surprised that Windows updates had not been applied. It took a few hours to bring the PC up to date on 2004.

Wi-Fi has been fine though I have not pushed it for range or throughput. The spec says 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 but it is actually 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2.

I do not yet have a micro HDMI cable to test the external monitor. I have an adapter on order to try it this week and will report back.

My external monitor is working okay over HDMI. I can use a Dell U3014 at its native resolution of 2560x1600@60Hz.

I cannot really say about battery life, it tends to be plugged in most of the time. The battery is 5000 mAh.

It has a Celeron N4100, so UHD Graphics 600. The total RAM is 4GB LPDDR4 2133MHz, soldered. I cannot say what the split is at the moment. This is very much entry level, so fine for video and Zoom but I don't game.

My laptop is with PCSpecialist for its second RMA since my purchase in August. On both occasions the display has physically come apart. I seem to be unlucky, there do not appear to be others with the problem.

Hi is the 4gb ram enough for basic use, does opening a lot of tabs in edge slow it down? Also is there a way to install windows 11 s mode on this laptop?

4 GB is adequate, I've not pushed the number of browser tabs though. Windows Update is offering to install Windows 11 so the hardware meets the requirements. I presume that 11 S can be enabled as it represents a subset of 11.
