Hi.
I purchased a second hand laptop that is missing its keyboard.
Which is a laptop originally purchased from pcspecialists.
The laptop is a TONGFANG GM5IDW.

Not had much luck in finding a place I can buy a keyboard.
Anyone know of anywhere. Or of a different brand laptop that uses a compatible keyboard?
Thanks

You need to get the person that you purchased the laptop off of to log in to their PCS account and arrange to transfer the product to you. You can then log in and see your entire spec and possibly order spare parts for it from PCS.

Contacted the seller. Unfortunately he bought it as a bundle from someone, and has no way to contact them.
Unfortunately you're a bit stuck then, I would return it to the seller for a refund. Without ownership transfer, it's useless. Reputable sellers know this.

Well. Got it for a good price. £499 for an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX RTX 3070.
I knew there was a risk of not being able to get one.
I can always use a USB keyboard.
But i have to try first.

It's not something PCS will be able to help with I'm afraid without ownership transfer.

It's not just the keyboard, you won't have any source for drivers, so windows will never properly.
