GPU 7970 (New comp)

Hey guys. My new PC got delivered yesterday so just tyrying it out before I post a review.
Atm I'm having a problem with my GPU (I think). While playing FFXIV on max i'll get this hoizontal line about 1cm appear on my screen. I also noticed that the card itself is bent in the mobo. Is this an issue with the card or just not powerful enough?

I'd give PCS a call - it shouldn't be bent like that.

Yhea, looks abit like damage in transit
