MOD :- Is this in the right place?

Hi all,

Hoping that someone can help. I'm aware the GPU Nvidia cards stocked by PCS are Palit cards. Anyway I was wondering what the difference between Palit stock cards and Palit Jetstream cards are? (Links to comparisons would be good). I've ordered the 770 btw.

Also while on this topic is it worth me cancelling my GPU order from PCS and ordering a different 770 if they perform better? If so which card/model/make would you recommend?

You can get the comparison from the palit website. The Jetstream are overclocked and offer slightly better cooling. I wouldn't cancel the order, the difference in gaming performance is not going to be noticeable and I would personally prefer that the whole system is under warranty by PCS otherwise it will be a hassle to arrange an RMA by contacting a 3rd party retailer.

My 770 (stock palit) maxes out ALL my games, and I have a lot of games new and old, great card.

How do you find the noise levels of the card? 'm read reviews of the stock 670 (couldn't find 770) that said it was very loud?

I've got a stock 780 and it's very quiet for a high end GPU.

Mine is near silent, come to that, it IS silent, even hard gaming you would be pushed to hear anything, quite a change from the ATI Radeon 1950 XT that was in my old rig that used to rev up and down like my bike (and was nearly as loud...lol).
