Good evening,
I've recently purchased a system through PCS and I am very please with the PC, though there is one issue.
When gaming occasionally the graphics appear blurry. When I check in Task Manager I see the GPU (RTX3070 MSI Ventus 3) usage reduces and fluctuates from 0-30%. If I restart the PC it does go away but I find it very unusual. It has happened on a fresh start up which could preclude it from being a temperature issue?
