Grid Autosport and what software to check drivers

Anyone think my PC will run the new Grid on my system with no problems?

Also what is the best program to use to check if your drivers are up to date?

Will be no problem on that system. I can just about get max settings on a single 570 on Grid 2 and wouldn't expect Autosport to differ too much in terms of performance as I don't think its running a new engine.

And I don't really know what software would be best for an AMD card, I disabled the checking for updates feature on GeForce experience because I prefer to do it manually.

AMD do have software for checking the drivers. It works the same way as Nvidia Geforce Experience, it automatically sets up the optimum settings for your setup, it gets it right most of the time but may require tweeking depending on your preferences.

I once downloaded it but didn't think much of it, so deleted it.

I would like a better one than that and one where I can check temps instead of my opening up GPU-Z all the time I want to use it.

Thank you. I downloaded Metro via Steam and it took around 3 hours to download. Think I'll buy Grid off Steam :)

Does the High-Res Texture pack make any difference or do you get the free dlc any way?

I haven't used the high res pack but apparently its 4gb extra. Rickne also has the game if you want to play with us at some point, we will probably be playing after 8 tonight, everyone is welcome to join us :)

Last time I checked it was £17 on cdkeys.com and is an instant steam key. Worked great for me, they even gave me it early to preload

I'm not going to bother with the high res download.

Game is running fine with Ultra settings :)

The hottest the GPU has been is 61 celcius.
