As @Nursemorph says, I think in your circumstances (if this is related to the previous micro passive build you were considering) you have pretty niche requirements.
Give PCS a call, there are various passive options out there, but to my limited knowledge I don't think either Palit or Zotac do one (they're the manufacturers PCS normally stock), but they may have an alternative option in stock. If not you could source one of your own:
