What like was GTAV on pc? Never really gave it a chance.
I wish i hadn't played it on 360 and just waited, the graphics were grim but might be better with a fresh look.
I see there is also roumers of an HD Metal Gear Solid pack getting release on PC, would make sence since were getting The Phantom Pain and Ground Zero

Same. It's just far too late.
Sure there will be a lot of people buying it. But any buzz, awe, excitement that surrounded its initial release is completely lost and, in my opinion, spoils the experience for PC gamers.
I too have avoided playing it on Xbox/PS4 (not that I own a console anyway - unless you count my N64)
Such a long wait. They are probably trying to get as many console buyers as possible as generally its more profitable per copy than PC. A console game now is £50 standard, PC you will probably be able to get it preorder for less than £30. And a lot of PC buyers will buy it in a sale 6 months later for a tenner.

Surely my steam Complete GTA PACK will just update with the new one for free, if not its not complete

I'm not sure I believe this TBH.
Surely they make their games as best as they possibly can and then scale the graphics down?! It would make no sense to create a substandard product first. Just seems like an excuse...
If they had no plans to release for PC or new consoles then they will just make it to the old consoles. They are only releasing it on PC due to community demand.
Also the PC uses a lot of things the consoles don't offer as well as flexibility. For example the new consoles may use AA, but it will only be one setting, whereas PC will probably have at the very least 4 different settings. That's 4x as much testing for that specific module.

This alone could be a big improvement, but I doubt the new tracks will be what I'm hoping for.
I thought the radio stations on VC and SA were amazing (V-Rock, Radio X, K-DST) and ever since IV they've just not done it for me. Probably because of the noticeable lack of rock music. Even the ads and talk shows don't seem to be as funny in the last few games. They used to be gold. Or maybe I need to take off my nostalgia goggles, I dunno.
Already played it on console but will still get it, and probably pay full price for it, which I don't do too often these days. But if, and only if the port is up to snuff. Might have been somewhat disappointed with V but it's still one hell of a game nonetheless.
Its already less than £27 on cdkeys (w/ 5% fb discount code) and will probably go down more once Kinguin adds their prices.
Radio stations on games have never been a big deal to me, although I did like some of the songs on SR4 and the Need for Speed playlists are always some of the best. My two favourite bands I found in NFS games and that's why I love them games so much
I watch someone on Twitch who plays it for about 10 hours on every of about 5 days every week.
I've raced over 1500 races online, and I would have done more if I wasn't saving myself for the PC version.
